What Price options do you offer?

We know all customers have different requirements and therefore we offer a flexible pricing scheme to suit you. This could be purchasing training credits, an open licence (access to all courses) or a pay monthly option to help you with cashflow.

How long do I have to sign up for?

It’s up to you. We work to your requirements. This could be a one off purchase, pay as you go training credits or a longer term agreement with access to all courses.

Will I receive Technical Support?

Yes you will. Our friendly support team are always on hand to help out with any queries you may have. They will also do the initial set up of all staff training for you if you wish.

Will I receive a dedicated Account Manager?

Yes you will. They will help advise of any system updates or legislation updates to courses. They will also continue to work with you to ensure you’re getting the most out of your training system.

Are the courses available in SCORM format?

Yes, all of our courses are available as a SCORM package. What’s more, our support team work with you to ensure a smooth transition during the export process.

We need various administrators to run each of our regional offices, is this possible?

Yes it is. You can have multiple administrators and various different levels of administrator.

Do you charge for course or system updates?

No. Any system or course improvements are included in our service.
