Email Etiquette
Using email is standard practice in most workplaces, yet many of us do not use email effectively and some use it inappropriately. In this course you will learn how and why you should use email communications effectively, and the impact of not doing so.
As you work through the course you will discover how to make your email look and feel more professional, identity email best practice and understand the psychological impact of email stress.

- The basic functions of email, including how to correctly use CC and BCC fields
- Marking the importance of emails and using the Out of Office feature
- What not to include in an email, including emojis and initialisms

The course is designed for all employees with little or no knowledge of Email Etiquette, so is ideal for induction and refresher training.
